We're looking for a proactive and highly organized Online Business Manager (OBM) to oversee day-to-day operations, streamline business processes, and support leadership in achieving strategic goals. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on structure, accountability, and team coordination in a fast-paced online business environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate daily business operations across teams.
  • Implement efficient systems and processes for project management, reporting, and communication.
  • Supervise virtual assistants, freelancers, or team members to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Monitor performance metrics, budgets, and key outcomes.
  • Collaborate with leadership to execute growth strategies and optimize workflows.
  • Handle client onboarding, communications, and relationship management.
  • Identify operational gaps and propose data-driven solutions for improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Online Business Manager, Project Manager, or in a similar operational leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of digital tools like Asana, ClickUp, Slack, Google Workspace, or similar.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-driven approach.
