Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Mumbai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Daily tasks will include market research, sales forecasting, managing a sales team, and providing exceptional customer service.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Expertise in the lighting or related industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
