What You'll Do

  • As an Intern in the Office of the Sales Director, you will gain exposure to the strategic and operational aspects of sales management, working closely with the leadership team and supporting core business functions.
  • Assist the Sales Director and team in preparing sales documents, proposals, and presentations.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy of data and supporting lead management.
  • Support in generating reports and sales performance dashboards to track business growth and key trends.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads, monitor industry trends, and analyze competitor activities.
  • Assist in lead generation through online research, social media, and other digital platforms.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of sales campaigns, while shadowing the Sales Director and senior sales professionals to understand high-level sales strategies.
  • Participate in client interactions (calls, emails, and meetings), helping strengthen customer relationships.
  • Follow up with existing customers to ensure engagement, satisfaction, and timely resolution of issues.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to provide actionable insights for improving products, services, and customer experience.

  • Technical Skills with strong communication skills to handle clients
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Bonus Points

  • Knowledge of or interest in sales and marketing concepts is a plus.
  • Prior exposure to the IOT domain.
