About The Role**
We're looking for an Associate Creative Director (Art) who can balance concept thinking with hands-on execution. You'll lead a small team of designers while also rolling up your sleeves to deliver high-quality design work across digital, branded content, and campaigns. If you thrive in fast-paced agency environments and love building fresh, contemporary visual language, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of 2–3 designers, guiding projects from concept to execution.
- Develop and present creative concepts for pitches, 360° digital campaigns, and branded content.
- Personally contribute to design across mediums — graphic, art direction, and motion design.
- Stay ahead of trends to keep the work fresh, relevant, and impactful.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure design aligns with strategy.
What We're Looking For
- 5–7 years of experience in design / creative roles with strong portfolio showcasing art direction.
- Ability to think conceptually while executing with detail and craft.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills with experience managing small design teams.
- Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, motion/visual design tools a plus).
- Great communication and presentation skills with clients and internal teams.
