Position Overview

Join our UK Outbound Sales Voice Process team and drive sales of broadband connection packages to UK customers. We are seeking International Outbound Sales Experts with a proven track record in International BPO outbound calling, UK sales campaigns, and excellent English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound sales calls to UK customers for broadband and internet services.
  • Use persuasive communication to close sales, achieve sales targets, and deliver a superior customer experience.
  • Handle objections professionally and maintain high conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure campaign performance metrics are exceeded.
  • Maintain accurate call and sales records in compliance with BPO standards.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Mandatory: Proven International Outbound Sales experience in International BPO Voice Process.
  • Excellent spoken and written English (neutral or UK accent preferred).
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
  • Goal-oriented, self-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced UK sales environment.

Work Schedule & Compensation

  • Work Days: 5 days/week with rotational split week-offs.
  • Shift Window: Any 9-hour shift between 12:30 PM to 1:30 AM IST (UK shift timings).
  • Salary: Up to 5 LPA (38,000 fixed in-hand monthly) + performance-based incentives.
  • Transport: Drop facility available for late shifts.
