**Job Title**: UK Outbound Tele callers

**Location**: Netaji Subhash Place, Pitampura (On-site)
**Shift Timing**: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM (UK Shift)
**Working Days**: 5 Days a Week (Saturday & Sunday Off)

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective UK customers.
- Promote and explain company products or services clearly and confidently.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism during all customer interactions.
- Achieve daily and weekly call and sales targets.
- Update and manage customer information in the CRM system.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (neutral or UK accent preferred).
- Minimum 6 months - 1 year of experience in an international outbound process (UK process preferred).
- Ability to work in the 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM shift.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
