NCLEX Nurse- Team Lead

Location : Infopark, Kochi

Experience: Minimum 2 years of clinical experience and Active NCLEX Certification is Mandatory

Salary: 12LPA -15LPA

Shift: Night Shift

Working days: Monday to Friday

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Lead - Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee and support a team of nursing professionals. This leadership role is ideal for a motivated RN with at least 5 years of clinical nursing experience and a valid NCLEX-RN certification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of nurses, ensuring delivery of high-quality, compassionate care.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the nursing and support team within a healthcare BPO setting.
  • Oversee team workflows related to Mediclaim processing, adjudication, claims review, or prior authorization.
  • Support onboarding, training, and continuous development of new and existing staff.
  • Monitor patient data, assess documentation quality, and provide clinical guidance where required.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with an active NCLEX-RN certification.
  • Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in hospital, clinic, or long-term care settings.
  • Experience in a BPO/Healthcare KPO environment is mandatory, especially in:
  • Mediclaim management
  • US healthcare insurance processes
  • Claims adjudication or pre-authorization workflows
  • Proven team leadership or supervisory experience in a healthcare process setting.
  • Strong clinical knowledge, decision-making, and communication skills.
  • Experience working with US clients or within US healthcare systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,200, ₹1,500,000.00 per year
