About the Role:

We are hiring Associate Nurses to join our growing US Healthcare team at Infopark, Kochi.

This is a non-clinical, office-based role that allows you to use your nursing background in a professional corporate environment. You will be working with US healthcare processes, focusing on reviewing and managing healthcare-related information.

Training will be provided for all job responsibilities — no prior experience in US healthcare is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and process healthcare-related information accurately.
  • Work with internal teams and US-based counterparts as part of the healthcare process.
  • Maintain accuracy and confidentiality in all tasks.
  • Support daily operations and ensure assigned work is completed on time.
  • Follow company guidelines and quality standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: B.Sc Nursing (only B.Sc Nursing candidates are eligible; GNM not considered).
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of clinical/hospital experience.
  • Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
  • Willingness to work in Night Shift (US shift timings) from Infopark, Kochi.
  • Basic computer knowledge and eagerness to learn new processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500, ₹600,000.00 per year
