Position Overview
The Class Coordinator Team Lead will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of class coordinators across multiple locations (London, Leeds, Northampton) and platforms, ensuring smooth operations for OSCE preparation classes. This role demands advanced organizational skills, leadership, and in-depth knowledge of OSCE exam processes, with a strong commitment to candidate support and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise class coordinators to ensure effective delivery of OSCE preparation classes, both online and onsite.
Coordinate with six departments to streamline workflows, enhance communication, and optimize the candidate experience.
Oversee scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation to maintain seamless class operations.
Mentor, train, and support class coordinators, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
Monitor performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement development plans to improve efficiency and quality.
Identify and resolve operational challenges such as scheduling conflicts, candidate concerns, and course content issues.
Ensure compliance with educational policies, data protection, and exam-related administrative procedures.
Develop and implement process improvements, risk mitigation strategies, and workflow enhancements.
Facilitate communication between candidates, instructors, and internal teams to ensure clarity and consistency.
Manage documentation and reporting, including attendance tracking, candidate feedback, and exam paperwork.
Promote continuous professional development, staying updated on nursing education and OSCE exam standards.

Qualifications
Proven experience as a Class Coordinator or similar role in nursing education or healthcare training.
Demonstrated leadership experience in managing and motivating teams.
Strong knowledge of OSCE exam requirements, administrative procedures, and clinical competencies for UK nursing candidates.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in online learning platforms, virtual classroom technologies, and scheduling systems.
Strong problem-solving abilities and experience handling complex logistical operations.
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing circumstances.
Relevant qualifications in education management, nursing, or healthcare (preferred).
