Based in Bangalore, you willplay a global role at the intersection of product strategy, customer insight,and sales enablement, helping us bring our AI -first vision to life in afast -evolving market. Key ResponsibilitiesVoice of Customer &Market InsightsConduct ongoing customer,prospect, and market research to identify needs, pain points, trends, usecases, and opportunities.Maintain detailed buyerpersonas, competitive analyses, and customer journey maps that drivesegmentation and messaging decisions.Integrate feedback from analystsand regulatory trends in the AI and risk landscape. Go -to -Market Strategy& MessagingWork closely with ProductManagement to provide feedback on industry needs and priorities. Create productuse cases and product development requirements as directed.Define and execute the go -to -marketstrategy for MetricStream's industry solutions, collaborating closely withProduct Marketing leadership, Product Management and global Marketing teams.Own product positioning,messaging, and content strategies that communicate our differentiated valueacross industries and buyer types.Translate productcapabilities into customer -centric value propositions aligned to businesschallenges and use cases. Sales Enablement &Strategic SupportCreate and maintainimpactful sales tools including pitch decks, solution briefs,battlecards, use cases, and competitive intelligence.Support the Enablement teamin training field teams on messaging, product value, and objection handling.Serve as a subjectmatter expert in strategic deals and internal product briefings forcross -functional stakeholders. Content & CampaignDevelopmentCollaborate with DemandGeneration and Field Marketing teams to design integrated campaigns thatdrive awareness, engagement, and pipeline.Partner to createhigh -quality content including webinars, case studies, blogs, white papers,and email assets.Ensure consistent messagingand voice across all customer touchpoints, reinforcing MetricStream's AI -firstleadership. Skills and Experience8+ years of B2B productmarketing experience in enterprise SaaS, ideally in risk, compliance, or cloudplatforms.Strong understanding of AItechnology, platforms, SaaS enterprise security buyers, and globalregulatory environments.Demonstrated success in customerfeedback, product development, go -to -market planning, positioning,enablement, and cross -functional execution.Excellent communication,writing, and storytelling skills. Able to translate complex concepts intobusiness value.Experience working acrossProduct, Sales, Customer Success, and Demand Gen teams to deliver measurablebusiness impact. Preferred SkillsBackground in GRC orrisk platform marketing is strongly desired.Strong analytical andstrategic thinking skills.
