They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Trade Marketing Manager to drive their trade marketing initiatives and enhance brand visibility and sales performance.Job Description:Role Overview:The Trade Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing trade marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, drive sales, and enhance market share in the highly competitive liquor industry in India. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the market dynamics, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross -functional teams.Key Responsibilities:Trade Marketing Strategy: Develop comprehensive trade marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, market trends, and consumer insights to maximize brand visibility and sales performance across various trade channels.Channel Activation: Drive the execution of channel -specific trade marketing initiatives, including promotions, POS materials, merchandising solutions, and trade incentive programs to enhance brand presence and drive sales in on -trade and off -trade channels.Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Brand Marketing, and Key Account teams to ensure alignment of trade marketing initiatives with overall business objectives and customer needs. Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and trade partners, to drive mutual business growth.Market Analysis: Conduct regular market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and consumer research to identify emerging trends, market opportunities, and competitive threats. Utilize insights to refine trade marketing strategies and tactics for sustained competitive advantage.Budget Management: Manage trade marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to drive maximum ROI. Monitor and evaluate the performance of trade marketing initiatives against predefined KPIs and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve targets.Cross -functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the Brand Marketing team to ensure alignment of trade marketing activities with brand positioning and messaging. Provide input product development and packaging decisions based on trade channel requirements and consumer preferences.Training and Development: Provide training and support to the sales team and trade partners on brand positioning, product knowledge, and effective merchandising techniques to drive sell -through and build brand advocacy at the point of sale.Only candidates with experience in Alcobev industry may apply RequirementsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.Minimum 5 years of experience in trade marketing, brand management, or sales within the liquor industry, with a proven track record of driving business results.Deep understanding of the Indian liquor market, trade channels, and regulatory environment.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data, consumer insights, and sales trends to inform strategic decision -making.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
