We are seeking a Business Development & Partnerships Manager to drive revenue growth by securing and expanding partnerships with SSPs, publishers, OEMs, and app developers. This is a revenue-focused role-you'll be hunting for new business, negotiating deals, and scaling partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify & Close New Supply Partners:
* Prospect and onboard SSPs, premium publishers, OEMs, and app developers to expand inventory access.
* Pitch and negotiate direct integration, revenue-sharing deals, preferred agreements, and private marketplace (PMP) setups.
Lead Commercial Negotiations:
* Negotiate rate cards, floor prices, and revenue splits with SSPs and publishers.
* Structure long-term contracts with key supply partners.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Work with product, finance, and legal to design partnership terms.
* Align with demand teams to match high-value buyers with premium supply.
Market Intelligence
* Analyze competitor deals and pricing to position our offerings competitively.
* Identify emerging supply trends (e.g., CTV, in-app, identity solutions).
Who We're Looking For:
5+ years in programmatic sales/business development (SSP, publisher, or exchange side preferred).
Proven track record of closing deals (PMPs, PG, or direct supply agreements).
Strong negotiation & contract skills-comfortable structuring term sheets and pricing models.
Hunter mentality-self-motivated to prospect, pitch, and close.
