Front Office Manager: 3 Star

Job Summary:
The Front Office Manager ensures smooth functioning of the front desk, handles guest experience, and coordinates with other hotel departments to deliver exceptional hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage check-in and check-out processes for guests.
- Lead and train reception staff on SOPs and guest etiquette.
- Maintain reservation systems and room allocation.
- Ensure cash handling, billing, and audit reports are accurate.
- Resolve guest complaints and requests efficiently.
- Monitor lobby cleanliness and presentation.
- Prepare shift rosters and performance evaluations.
Profile Requirements:
- Graduate in Hotel Management or equivalent.
- 4–6 years of experience in hotel front office operations.
- Knowledge of IDS/Opera/PMS systems.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to handle VIP guests and high-pressure situations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹45, ₹50,000.00 per month
