About the Role
We are seeking a
Client Success Manager
with hands-on experience in
Shopify
and
Klaviyo
. The ideal candidate will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their success by delivering smooth project execution, resolving queries, and maintaining strong client relationships. This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and account management skills while working closely with cross-functional teams.
Core Responsibilities:
- Technical Lead (Klaviyo & Shopify):
Act as the technical lead across all Klaviyo accounts and Shopify builds. - Audit & Optimization:
Conduct comprehensive Klaviyo account audits to identify improvements, optimizations, and strategic opportunities for enterprise-level clients. - Advanced Setup & Integrations:
Assist with complex Klaviyo setups, custom integrations, and audience segmentation tailored for enterprise needs. - Headless & Custom Development Support:
Provide technical solutions for: - Headless Shopify (Hydrogen) implementations
- Shopify Liquid customizations
- Advanced API integrations
- Third-party app connections and workflows
- Client-Facing Problem Solving:
Support account managers and client development teams with real-time technical expertise, ensuring challenges are solved efficiently during client interactions. - Analytics & Reporting:
Run performance analytics, prepare technical reports, and provide data-driven recommendations for campaign and platform optimization. - Strategic Alignment:
Ensure all technical execution aligns with RevScale's service goals and enterprise client expectations.

- Shopify (Liquid & Hydrogen) – Headless architecture & advanced customizations
- Klaviyo (Advanced flows, segmentation, API-level integration)
- API Development & Integrations (REST, GraphQL)
- E-commerce architecture & technical troubleshooting
- Strategic technical consulting for enterprise D2C brands
