Job Description -

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Education Counsellor to join our team As a Guidance Counsellor, you will be responsible for conducting counselling sessions and helping our students develop their personal and academic skills.

Roles & Responsibilities -

• Assisting students with their development
• Conducting counselling sessions
• Developing counselling plan
• Conducting tests and analysing results
• Identifying behavioural problems
• Evaluating the progress of students
• Keeping track of student records

Requirements and skills -

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in related field
• Good computer skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly developed emotional intelligence
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent listening skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Strong conflict-resolution skills
• Highly developed work ethic
• Ability to motivate others
• Should be comfortable to work from office
• Experience in Education / Training preferred
• Educational counsellor experience preferred
• Handle calls on leads generated
• Describe the services and USP of the same and try to generate maximum conversions.
• Regular follow-ups with potential clients/ patients.
• Overall problem solving for customers and coordination as necessary.
• Handle any operations-related activities that may be required.
• Tabulate and record responses from all channels on excel.
• Generate relevant reports from the same.

Note: Sunday will be working day, but you will get one day off during the week from Monday to Friday. (6 days working)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹32,000.00 per month
