We are currently expanding our marketing team to promote our flagship international programs — Dubai Bike Rider, Australia 482 & 407 Visa Services.

We are looking for a Marketing Executive who can manage online and offline campaigns, coordinate with our internal team, and generate high-quality leads from Gujarat for our overseas work permit and training programs.

This role is ideal for someone who's creative, analytical, and execution-focused — someone who can turn campaigns into measurable growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, WhatsApp automation).
  • Track and report campaign KPIs such as CPL, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Coordinate with BDEs and counsellors for lead follow-ups and feedback.
  • Develop and optimise landing pages, creatives, and ad copies with design support.
  • Organise and promote local seminars and events in colleges and rider hubs.
  • Maintain weekly marketing performance dashboards and share reports with management.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads Dashboard (mandatory).
  • Understanding of lead generation funnels, targeting, and campaign optimization.
  • Basic proficiency in tools like Canva, Google Sheets, and CRM systems.
  • Strong communication, reporting, and team coordination skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple campaigns and work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or education consultancy preferred.
  • Freshers with strong digital marketing knowledge can also apply.

Compensation

  • Incentives: Performance-based bonuses linked to lead quality and conversions.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
