**Position Title : Academic Counsellor**

**Reporting to : Business Development Executive (BDE/ BDM)**

**Department : Marketing**

**Brief Job Description**:

- Handling the enrolment walk-ins / counselling
- Handling telephonic inquiries
- Should be ready to work with monthly targets
- Cold calling and generating leads for the enrolments
- Assisting the outdoor marketing activities
- Doing follow ups for fees, photos, potential leads, etc.
- Provide administrative support to the Company Senior Management
- Perform other related duties incidental to the work described above

**Educational Qualification**:

- Graduate (any)
- Post graduate degree/diploma in marketing preferable

**Work Experience and Skills required**:

- Should have at least 1-3 years of experience
- Computer Literate in MS Words, Excel
- Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
- Polite and humble
- Good communication skill
- Initiator and pro-active
- Dynamic and agile

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Counselling: 1 year (preferred)
- Education Industry: 1 year (preferred)
