About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to oversee our companys information technology infrastructure, applications, and team operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on technical expertise, and the ability to align IT initiatives with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud platforms, endpoints, and security systems.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team; assign tasks and monitor performance.
  • Ensure data security, compliance, and backup policies are implemented and regularly tested.
  • Oversee software systems, SaaS applications, and enterprise platforms (e.g., ERP, CRM, collaboration tools).
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand business requirements and deliver appropriate IT solutions.
  • Manage vendors, contracts, and IT procurement to ensure cost-effective solutions.
  • Develop and maintain IT policies, documentation, and disaster recovery plans.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Handle IT budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
  • Provide L2/L3 escalation support for critical IT incidents.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of IT experience with at least 2 years in IT leadership/managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of networking, cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP), and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, M365/Google Workspace, and virtualization tools (VMware/Hyper-V).
  • Experience managing IT in a mid-to-large enterprise environment.
  • Strong vendor management and IT budgeting experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
