We are looking for a Guest Relations Executive to be the first point of contact for our guests. This role is critical in creating a warm, professional, and memorable experience from check-in to check-out. You will manage front desk operations, guest communications, and ensure smooth coordination with housekeeping and other teams.


Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist guests at the front desk with professionalism and warmth.

Handle check-in/check-out procedures and guest registrations.

Manage guest queries, requests, and complaints with a solution-oriented approach.

Coordinate with housekeeping and operations teams to ensure guest requirements are met.

Assist in handling reservations, walk-ins, and direct bookings.

Maintain records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with company procedures.

Represent Orbit's premium hospitality standards at all times.


Requirements

Prior experience in hospitality / front desk / guest services preferred.

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (spoken and written).

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Well-groomed, presentable, and professional in appearance.

Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure.

Proficiency in OTA portals, or hotel management software is an advantage.
