
Executive Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Organize and maintain files and records, both physical and digital.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinate and support executive-level meetings, including agenda preparation, minutes, and follow-ups.
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners on behalf of the executive.
- Assist in project management and tracking deliverables.
- Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making.
- Manage expense reports and reimbursements.
- Support event planning and logistics for corporate functions
Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree preferred; additional certifications in office management or administration are a plus.
• 6-8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Zoom).
Skillsets:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• High level of professionalism and discretion
