Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounting Professional based in Mumbai. The role involves managing financial reports, preparing budgets, and conducting detailed financial analysis. Responsibilities include overseeing accounting policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing operational support for audits, reconciliations, and forecasting. The Accounting Professional will contribute to the preparation of financial models and provide actionable insights to support investment decisions, working closely with internal teams and leadership.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Accounting Principles, Financial Reporting, and Budget Management
  • Expertise in Financial Analysis, Forecasting, and Financial Modeling
  • Experience in Regulatory Compliance, Taxation, and Audit Processes
  • Strong skills in Data Analysis, Spreadsheet Software, and Accounting Software
  • Detail-oriented with effective problem-solving and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Professional certification such as CPA, CA, or CFA is a plus
  • Experience in investment, financial, or corporate accounting is an advantage
