As an Accountant at [Alixor Pharma], you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The role involves collaborating with various departments to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Record Keeping:Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other financial transactions.

Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.

Financial Reporting:Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Generate financial reports for management review.

Budgeting and Forecasting:Collaborate with department heads to develop and monitor budgets.

Assist in preparing financial forecasts and projections.

Compliance:Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations.

Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and regulations.

Audit Support:Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.

Implement and monitor audit recommendations.

Financial Analysis:Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis.

Process Improvement:Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Streamline financial procedures and systems.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is preferred.

Proven experience as an Accountant, preferably in [your industry].

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.

Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
