Job Description:

Position: Assistant Manager HR (People Care & Development)

Experience: 3 to 5 Years

Qualification: MBA in HR (Offline)

Shift Timings : 5 days Working (10am to 7pm)

Age Limit : upto 30 Years only

Location: Mumbai, Nalasopara - (E)

Package : 3 to 7LPA

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
  • Manage smooth onboarding, induction, and exit processes.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal events.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, attendance, and HRMS data.
  • Support performance review processes and feedback collection.
  • Ensure company policies are followed and help update them when needed.
  • Assist in resolving employee issues professionally and confidentially.
  • Work with managers to support team development and training needs.
  • Help drive HR projects and initiatives from the Head Office.

Candidate Profile:

  • Excellent command of English and interpersonal communication.
  • Prior experience handling end-to-end generalist responsibilities in a corporate setup.
  • Ability to multitask, manage stakeholder expectations, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong MS Office and HRMS skills.
  • HRMS/HRIS Platforms: Darwinbox, SAP SuccessFactors, GreytHR, or equivalent
  • MS Office Suite: Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP), Word, PowerPoint
  • Payroll & Attendance Tools: Keka, Zoho People, ADP
  • Performance Management Systems: 360 Feedback tools, OKR platform
  • Documentation Tools: DocuSign, Adobe PDF, Google Workspace
