Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Recruiter located in Hyderabad. The Field Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the recruitment lifecycle for various positions. This role involves building relationships with local talent pools, coordinating recruitment events, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience while meeting hiring targets. You will also collaborate with management to align recruitment efforts with the organization's objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in talent acquisition, recruitment strategies, and candidate sourcing techniques
  • Experience in interviewing, assessing candidate qualifications, and managing recruitment pipelines
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and networking skills
  • Organizational and time management skills for handling multiple hiring tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment best practices
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
  • Previous recruiting experience in a similar industry or role is a plus
