Job Summary
We are hiring experienced and confident
Business Development Executives
for a UK B2B outbound voice process. The role involves calling small and medium-scale businesses in the UK to sell
Card Swiping Machines
and offer
Business Loans
tailored to their needs. This is a performance-driven role with fixed salary and attractive incentives for overachievers.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound B2B sales calls to UK-based small and medium enterprises.
- Promote and sell card swiping (POS) machines.
- Offer and explain business loan options to eligible customers.
- Understand customer requirements and pitch products accordingly.
- Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the system.
- Follow a professional and grammatically correct communication style at all times.
- Follow up with leads and maintain client relationships.
Requirements
- Minimum Qualification
: 10th Pass or above. - Experience
: At least
1 year of experience
in outbound international voice process (sales). - Excellent verbal communication skills in English
– must speak fluently with
no grammatical errors
. - Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Professional, confident, and persuasive demeanor.
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM experience is a plus).
Job Details
- Shift Timing
: 2:30 PM – 11:30 PM (IST) - Working Days
: Monday to Friday - Weekends Off
: Saturday & Sunday - Location
: Salt Lake Sector 5, WEBEL More, Kolkata
