Sales Executives
to join our Central Reservations team.
We are looking for fresh graduates/experienced hospitality sales professionals who take pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
This position is based out of our corporate office in Bangalore. CTC: ₹45,000 per month (including variable incentives)
Key Responsibilities:
- Convert incoming leads received through calls and emails into confirmed bookings.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences by applying effective sales and presentation techniques imparted during training.
- Demonstrate thorough product knowledge to confidently address all guest queries.
- Ensure adherence to established sales processes and compliance with service level timelines
- Maintain the highest standards of customer satisfaction across phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Exhibit customer passion through persistence, warmth, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional purchase experience.
- Follow up diligently and ensure timely closure of sales opportunities.
- Uphold professional grooming, punctuality, and workplace discipline.
- Foster strong interpersonal relationships with colleagues and superiors.
