Staff Management
- Scheduling: Create and manage staff work schedules, including assigning shifts and managing employee availability.
- Performance: Conduct performance evaluations and resolve staff disputes to maintain a productive and positive work environment.
Client Relations
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, handle inquiries, and manage client complaints to ensure satisfaction.
- Client Retention: Build and maintain good relationships with clients to foster loyalty.
Operational Management
- Daily Operations: Oversee daily salon activities, including opening and closing procedures, and ensure the salon is running smoothly.
- Cleanliness & Hygiene: Enforce strict cleanliness and hygiene practices across all workstations and maintain overall salon sanitation standards.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and maintain a safe, pleasant environment for staff and clients.
Financial & Inventory Management
- Inventory: Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and order necessary products and supplies for the salon.
- Financials: Process client payments, track income and expenses, and create reports on salon financial performance.
Marketing & Sales
- Promotion: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and promote services, products, and special offers.
- Social Media: Utilize social media to market the salon's services and engage with clients.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: ₹10, ₹25,000.00 per month
