A reputed healthcare organization is looking for an experienced Operations Leader to oversee and enhance our medical coding operations. This is a strategic leadership opportunity for professionals with a strong background in U.S. healthcare coding, process improvement, and client management.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage coding operations across multiple specialties with a strong focus on E/M Coding.

Ensure compliance with ICD-9, ICD-10, CPT, ICD-10-PCS, HCPCS, and HIPAA standards.

Oversee end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) projects including financial oversight, execution, and quality assurance.

Drive process improvement initiatives to achieve SLA/KPI goals and maintain 98%+ coding accuracy.

Supervise, mentor, and motivate coding teams to ensure high performance and staff retention.

Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for client communication, issue resolution, and satisfaction.

Conduct audits, E/M reviews, and compliance checks to uphold quality benchmarks.

Train new and existing staff on coding updates, best practices, and industry standards.

Implement effective workforce management strategies for smooth day-to-day operations.

Required Skills & Expertise

Leadership & Team Management: Proven ability to lead large, high-performing coding teams.

Coding Proficiency: Deep understanding of ICD-9, ICD-10, CPT, ICD-10-PCS, HCPCS, and HIPAA compliance.

Technical Skills: Experience with EHR/EMR systems (Epic, Meditech, Cerner), MS Office, and modern AI tools.

Process & Quality Excellence: Strong background in audits, quality management, and operational efficiency.

Client & Stakeholder Management: Expertise in managing client relationships and escalations.

Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Ability to design and execute process optimization and financial compliance strategies.
