Job Description:-

We are seeking a Talent Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team and manage the main stage of our hiring process. As a Talent Sourcer, you will be responsible to utilize different channels to search for potential candidates for non-it requirements, reach passive candidates and build talent pipelines for future employment needs. You will proactively recognize our hiring needs and assist us in filling our open vacancies with qualified workers. If you have strong administration skills, know how to source via social media and enjoy learning about various roles, we'd like to meet you.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Should have experience 1+ Yrs of sourcing.
  2. Exp in BPO/ITES industry with familiarity in sourcing for BSFI, F&A, Customer service, Analytics, Procurement & Sourcing, HR, Pharma, Health, Legal etc(Non-IT Skills).
  3. Should be able to source/Screen candidates as per the JD and within the compensation range.
  4. Excellent communication Skill(Written and spoken).
  5. Should be a team player, target driven, should have eye for detail(Compliant).
  6. Interact with potential candidates via social media and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster Etc.).
  7. Recognize qualified applicant profiles utilizing different sourcing procedures.
  8. Create talent pools for future hiring needs.
  9. Measure conversion rates which include the number of passive candidates who transform into applicants, get invited to interviews
  10. Request for referrals from current workers and external networks.
  11. Promote our employer brand on online and offline platforms.
  12. Maintain applicant databases through our Applicant Tracking System.
  13. Correspond with past candidates regarding available job openings
