We are seeking an experienced
Lead Data Scientist
to drive end-to-end AI/ML initiatives that deliver measurable business impact. You will work in a fast-paced environment where model deployment and learning cycles happen in hours, not weeks. With robust infrastructure, massive datasets, and close collaboration with engineering, this role offers an exciting opportunity to innovate and scale solutions rapidly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead data science projects from ideation, design, and experimentation to deployment and optimization.
  • Build, validate, and scale models using ML, DL, and statistical techniques.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, and Business teams to solve real-world problems.
  • Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to continuous learning.
  • Design product experiments and analyze performance for actionable insights.

Required Skills

  • 7–15 years of experience in Data Science / ML.
  • Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field (Bachelor's with strong experience considered).
  • Strong expertise in Python / R / Apache Spark.
  • Experience in big data ecosystems (Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Proven ability to build and deploy production-level models.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Good to Have

  • Experience in AdTech or large-scale data science applications.
  • Exposure to visualization tools and advanced statistical techniques.
