We are seeking a motivated and experienced Lead Data Scientist or Senior Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI, with a proven track record of leading data-driven projects and deriving actionable insights from complex datasets.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Design and implement advanced AI and machine learning models to solve business challenges.

- Lead data science initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver impactful solutions.

- Utilize generative AI techniques to enhance data-driven decision-making processes.

- Conduct data analysis and interpretation to identify patterns, trends, and insights that drive strategic recommendations.

- Mentor and guide junior data scientists in best practices, tools, and methodologies.

- Present findings to stakeholders at all levels and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science and AI, applying new techniques and technologies to optimize solutions.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

- 8 to 11 years of proven experience in data science, with a focus on AI and Generative AI technologies.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, and experience with data manipulation and analysis libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).

- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical analysis, and data modeling techniques.

- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Ability to work with large datasets and experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.

- Strong communication and leadership abilities, with experience presenting complex information to diverse audiences.
