Happiest Minds is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lead Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years and a maximum of 13 years of experience in data science, analytics, and leading projects that leverage advanced technologies. As a Senior Lead Data Scientist, you will play a critical role in driving innovative solutions using artificial intelligence and machine learning across diverse projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead the development and implementation of AI-driven solutions that enhance business operations and decision-making processes using deep learning and machine learning techniques.
  • Design, build, and deploy machine learning models, focusing on generative AI and GPT models.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs and translate them into data science projects that drive business outcomes.
  • Utilize Azure ML Studio, Azure, and AWS technologies for model deployment and management.
  • Develop and utilize Python-based frameworks, including Langchain, for building scalable data models and applications.
  • Conduct statistical modeling and analysis to inform decision-making and strategy.
  • Mentor and guide junior data scientists in best practices for model development and deployment.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in AI and data science to continuously enhance the organization's capabilities.

**Required Skills:**

  • Proven experience in AI Prompt & Response and proficiency in Azure ML Studio, Azure, and AWS.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, with hands-on experience using Python-Langchain frameworks.
  • Deep understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and artificial neural networks (ANN).
  • Experience working with GPT models and generative AI technologies.
  • Solid background in statistical modeling, analysis, and application of advanced analytics techniques.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for using data to drive business solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

**Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or Engineering.
  • Minimum of 10 years and maximum of 13 years of experience in data science or a related field.
