**Job Description:**

Happiest Minds is seeking an experienced Lead Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading data science initiatives, developing advanced machine learning models, and driving data-driven strategies to support business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze complex datasets and derive actionable insights that enhance our client solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead the design and implementation of machine learning models and algorithms to solve key business problems.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify data-driven opportunities and develop strategic solutions.
  • Analyze large datasets to derive insights and trends that inform decision-making.
  • Mentor and guide junior data scientists and analysts, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
  • Communicate complex analyses and findings to non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in data science, machine learning, and big data technologies to ensure best practices are being implemented.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • 5-10 years of experience in data science or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Python and a strong understanding of machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, scikit-learn, Keras).
  • Demonstrated experience in building and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is preferred but not mandatory.
  • A Master's degree or Ph.D. in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related discipline is preferred.
