We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-driven 
Real Estate Sales Executive
 to join
Devoir Realty
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, assisting clients in buying and investing in properties, and delivering an excellent customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills, market awareness, and the ability to close sales effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and follow up on leads through calls, site visits, and digital platforms.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options.
  • Conduct property presentations, site tours, and explain project details clearly.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare and maintain daily sales reports and update data regularly.
  • Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar field is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and results-oriented.
