Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Professional located in Lucknow. The Sales Professional will be responsible for managing client relationships, prospecting and identifying new opportunities, conducting market research, and negotiating deals. Day-to-day tasks include property viewings, preparing sales reports, participating in client meetings, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform market research and analysis
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Knowledge of the real estate market in Lucknow
- Client management experience and ability to build lasting relationships
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field preferred
