Role Description:
We are looking for energetic and result-driven Field Sales Executives to promote our FMCG products (The Pandit Ji brand) and build strong customer relationships. This is a field-based role involving direct interaction with customers, lead generation, market visits, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and visit potential customers in assigned areas
Generate leads, pitch products, and close sales
Build & maintain long-term customer relationships
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Collect customer feedback & report competitor activities
Work closely with the sales team to meet overall business goals
Requirements:
Education: Minimum 10th pass (Graduate preferred)
Experience: Freshers & experienced both can apply (FMCG/Retail sales experience is a plus)
Skills:
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Negotiation & persuasion ability
Product briefing & demonstration skills
Target-driven with strong market understanding
Proficiency in record-keeping & reporting
Flexibility to travel within the region
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Preferred: Degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field
Salary & Benefits
Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Basic+Incentive)
