EXPERIENCE: 2-5 YEARS

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist clients in selling properties, providing expert advice and ensuring a smooth and successful transaction process. This role requires a proactive attitude, strong negotiation skills, and a passion for helping clients achieve their real estate goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in buying, residential or commercial properties.
  • Generate leads through networking, marketing, and referrals.
  • Conduct property showings and open houses.
  • Provide market analysis and property valuations.
  • Prepare and present offers and counteroffers.
  • Guide clients through the legal and financial processes of real estate transactions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property values, and legislation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, inspectors, and other stakeholders.
  • Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers.
  • Ensure compliance with real estate laws and ethical standards.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus
  • Proven experience as a real estate agent or in a similar sales role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and real estate databases ..
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Reliable transportation and a willingness to travel locally.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Experience with social media and digital marketing platforms.

Compensation:

  • Commission-based (potential for base + commission depending on experience).
  • Performance bonuses and incentives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
