As a UX Designer at our company, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and engaging user experiences for our digital products. Your role will involve conducting user research, designing wireframes and prototypes, and iterating user interfaces to align with business goals and enhance the overall user experience. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand customer needs and behaviors - Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas effectively - Design and iterate user interfaces that deliver exceptional user experiences - Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure a cohesive design vision - Refine and enhance designs based on data and user feedback - Stay updated on UX trends, tools, and best practices to bring innovative solutions to the team Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent experience) - Demonstrable experience as a UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design processes and outcomes - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability heuristics, and accessibility standards - Experience in wireframing, prototyping, and user testing tools - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail In addition to the mandatory skills required for this position, familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or Angular, experience with User Research Methodologies and usability testing, knowledge of Accessibility standards and inclusive design practices, experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment, and understanding of UX metrics would be considered as nice-to-have skills.,
