As a UI/UX Lead, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the design strategy and user experience for digital products. Your responsibilities will involve: - Leading end-to-end UI/UX design initiatives for web and mobile applications - Collaborating with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user journeys and interface requirements - Conducting user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions - Translating business requirements and user needs into wireframes, prototypes, and final designs - Mentoring and guiding a team of junior designers to ensure design quality and consistency To excel in this role, you should possess 6-8 years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 2 years in a leadership or mentoring capacity. A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design for web and mobile applications is a must, along with proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar. Knowledge of responsive design, interaction design, and accessibility standards is essential, as well as experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. You are expected to have excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills, along with a Bachelor's/Masters degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field. In addition, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a robust design system and UI style guide, staying updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices, and presenting design concepts and rationale clearly to stakeholders and leadership teams.,
