About the Company Koru UX Design is a leading UX design agency specializing in HealthTech We partner with clients to deliver user-centered design solutions that drive innovation and enhance user experiences Our design teams work as an integrated extension of our client s teams deeply embedding ourselves into their processes to create seamless impactful products About the Role We re looking for a Senior UX Researcher who thrives on complex problem spaces and is comfortable driving research in ambiguity At Koru your insights won t just sit in reports they ll directly influence real enterprise products across healthcare automation and finance You ll plan and execute end-to-end research studies work closely with product owners and help define experiences used by thousands of professionals in the US Location Pune Remote Experience 3-6 years Type Full-time What You ll Do Own and lead UX research activities across discovery concept validation and usability phases Plan conduct and synthesise user interviews usability testing stakeholder interviews and journey mapping Create actionable outputs like personas user journeys service blueprints and research reports Proactively identify users to talk to whether through clients internal teams or customer success Translate research insights into product opportunities and design inputs Collaborate with UX designers product managers and front-end teams throughout the design process Help shape our research practice as we scale including mentoring junior team members when needed Proactively identify new opportunities for research within existing client engagements to extend project reach Requirements What We re Looking For 3-6 years of hands-on UX research experience not internships or academic Direct experience conducting research for enterprise or B2B products SaaS healthcare platforms or internal tools Comfort working with US-based users and stakeholders and ability to adapt research communication accordingly Strong system-level thinking you can map workflows identify gaps and untangle complex journeys Ability to handle open-ended ambiguous briefs you re someone who finds ways to start and drive the process Familiarity with creating journey maps service blueprints or ecosystem maps Excellent verbal and written communication with a knack for explaining research to cross-functional teams Bonus Points If You Have Experience working in healthcare automation or other complex high-stakes domains Exposure to continuous discovery practices alongside product teams Comfort engaging with product owners and client stakeholders to shape research direction and priorities Benefits Opportunities for growth and continuous learning LinkedIn learning professional trainings Flexible working hours and remote options A collaborative and innovative team culture Opportunity for career growth and leadership roles Koru UX Design is an equal opportunity employer We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees
