Product Design and User Research at MakeMyTrip and Goibibo has moved front and center in the journey of developing and defining Products, services, and ecosystems. We’re looking for a Manager/Senior Manager/AD, User experience – who can balance thoughtfulness with agility, product and business understanding with craftsmanship and attention to detail. And if you love travel, you’ll love what we do.

You will manage and lead a team of UX professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. This includes hiring and developing talent, assigning responsibilities, and providing guidance and mentorship to ensure the team's success.
You will champion a user-centric approach to design, ensuring that the needs, preferences, and behaviors of users are at the forefront of the design process. This involves conducting user research, gathering insights, and translating them into effective and intuitive user experiences.
You will develop UX strategies and plans that align with business objectives and target audience needs. This includes identifying opportunities for improvement, defining UX goals, and mapping out the steps required to achieve them.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and executives to understand business requirements, gather feedback, and align UX efforts with overall product or service development. Effective communication and stakeholder management will be crucial in driving successful UX outcomes.
You will oversee the design and prototyping process, ensuring the creation of visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces. This involves providing guidance on interaction design, information architecture, and visual aesthetics to deliver exceptional user experiences.
You will drive a culture of continuous improvement within the UX team and across the organization. This includes staying updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to innovate and enhance the user experience.

Leadership and Strategy: You have a strong ability to provide strategic direction and leadership in the field of user experience. You can develop and articulate a clear vision for UX initiatives, aligning them with broader organisational goals and ensuring they are integrated into the overall product or service strategy.
User-Centric Approach: You are dedicated to placing the needs and preferences of users at the center of the design process. Team Management and Collaboration: With your experience in managing UX teams, you excel in fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. You are skilled in building and nurturing cross-functional relationships, collaborating with stakeholders, and facilitating effective communication between designers, developers, and other teams.
UX Design and Prototyping: You possess a deep understanding of UX design principles, interaction design, and information architecture. You can guide the team in creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces, wireframes, and prototypes, ensuring the final product delivers an exceptional user experience.
UX Process and Methodologies: You are well-versed in various UX methodologies and can establish streamlined UX processes and workflows that optimize efficiency and quality, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality user experiences.
UX Research and Metrics: You can leverage analytics tools, user feedback, and user testing to continuously improve the user experience, measure success, and make data-driven decisions.
Industry Trends and Innovation: You stay updated with the latest trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the UX field. You bring innovative ideas and approaches to the table, driving continuous improvement and pushing the boundaries of user experience design.
