Key Purpose of the role:

This role is to strategize, create and deploy engaging digital content across platforms as per customer persons throughout the customer journey from acquisition to conversion and also for successful customer retention.

Responsibilities:

  3. Online Sales Enablement

  4. Community Building

What Key Tasks will be involved?

  1. Digital Content Strategy:

  2. Orchestrating digital content strategies across all online platforms

  3. Planning, creating and disseminating content in various formats like Infographics, Case studies, blogs, video shorts etc
  4. Social media marketing
  5. E-mail marketing
  6. Website management
  7. Implementing SEO best practices
  8. Video storyboarding

  9. Creative brief facilitation, while working closely with digital & design agencies

  10. Campaign Management:

  11. Driving traffic and engagement that translates to sales and brand building

  12. Automating digital customer journey from awareness till conversion

  13. Online Sales Enablement:

  14. Communicate the value proposition and create online sales tools, training material and collaterals

  15. Facilitate webinars

  16. Liaise with sales, product and operation teams to deliver successful marketing campaigns

  17. Community Building: on

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Marketing Management/ Communication /Journalism
  • Demonstrated experience of content creation and content writing for digital marketing, product marketing and community engagement
  • Handling creative teams for social media, blogs, feature stories, creative writing, and UX writing
  • Preferred industry experience: B2B SaaS Marketing, E-Commerce
  • MS Office applications
  • Conversant with SEO
  • Ability to adapt content to rural as well as industrial market needs
  • Strong written and verbal communication
