We're looking for a creative powerhousea visionary who doesn't just create videos but crafts stories that capture millions of eyes If you're someone who can transform raw ideas into viral short-form reels, and influencer-generated content into high-performing Meta ads, then we're eager to meet you

What You'll Do:

  • Conceptualize, storyboard, and oversee the creation of short-form reels aimed at viral engagement.
  • Lead the complete video production lifecycle—from idea, shoot direction, to final editing.
  • Creatively repurpose influencer UGC content, ensuring it converts into high-performance ads with excellent ROAS.
  • Guide, inspire, and mentor a talented video production team, ensuring timelines are met without compromising creativity.
  • Be accountable and dependable, consistently delivering standout content.
