About The Role:

Marketing Strategist

or bring 2–3 years of hands-on experience, we value your ability to
craft campaigns
that resonate, convert, and build lasting brand equity.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute
    strategic marketing plans across digital platforms, with a focus on short-form content and audience engagement.
  • Collaborate
    with creative, content, and performance teams to translate brand goals into actionable
    campaign ideas
    .
  • Analyze
    market trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity to inform
    strategy
    and
    positioning.
  • Optimize messaging and
    content
    formats for platforms like Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in marketing strategy, brand development, or digital campaign planning.
  • Strong understanding of short-form content formats and their role in brand storytelling.
  • Strategic mindset with a creative edge - able to balance data with intuition.
  • The Candidate must be well versed in
    English

    Hindi
  • Bonus:
    Ability to read & speak Marathi
