Shift : 2 pm to 11 pm

Role Overview :

- Seeking a BPC Administrator/Consultant to handle day-to-day AMS operations and support the migration from SAP BPC to Oracle Cloud EPM.

- Ideal for 2-5 years of hands-on BPC administration with strong security, dimensionality, and basic reporting skills, plus working knowledge of BPC tables and metadata to guide data and process migration.

- Candidates should have a strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA table structure and how that data is consumed in BPC, with practical experience configuring SAP S/4HANA to demonstrate depth of knowledge. Experience with ABAP for custom developments and data extraction is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities :

- Perform daily BPC administration : user provisioning, roles, access controls, teams, task profiles, and data access profiles.

- Maintain dimensionality : hierarchies, members, properties/attributes, validations, and master data quality.

- Support reporting : minor changes to EPM Add-in/Analysis for Office templates, parameter updates, and basic troubleshooting.

- Monitor operations : system health, data loads, job schedules/process chains, and transport movements; resolve incidents within SLAs.

- Coordinate with AMS, Basis/BW, and functional teams for incident/problem/change management; maintain SOPs and configuration documentation.

- Provide expertise on BPC tables and reporting structures (e.g., UJ- tables, BW InfoProviders) to inform Oracle Cloud migration design.

- Map SAP S/4HANA table structure to BPC models/dimensions, ensuring traceable data lineage, reconciliations, and controls.

- Collaborate with ABAP and integration teams to design or review ABAP-based extracts, BAPIs, and enhancements where standard processes are insufficient.

- Assist migration activities : current-state inventory (models/applications, dimensions, business rules, logic scripts, Data Manager packages), metadata mapping, data reconciliation, UAT support, and cutover readiness.

- Partner with business stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and migration readiness.

Required Skills & Experience :

years in SAP BPC administration and support (Classic/Standard or Embedded; NW preferred).

- Strong security knowledge : users, teams, task profiles, data access profiles, environment/application access.

- Dimensionality management : hierarchies, member properties, account/entity/time dimensions, currency setup.

- Hands-on reporting support using EPM Add-in or Analysis for Office; basic performance and formula troubleshooting.

- Solid understanding of BPC tables/metadata and BW concepts (UJ- tables, InfoProviders/cubes, transport concepts).

- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA table structure and its relationship to BPC data flows and models.

- Practical experience configuring SAP S/4HANA in Finance/Controlling contexts, demonstrating deep familiarity with underlying tables.

- Experience with ABAP concepts sufficient to collaborate on custom developments, review functional specs, and validate data extraction logic.

- Exposure to migration projects (BPC to Oracle Cloud EPM/Planning or similar) with data mapping and reconciliation.

- Effective collaboration in AMS and project environments; strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to Have :

- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud EPM/Planning (metadata/security concepts, Smart View).

- Knowledge of integrations : Data Manager packages, flat-file/BW loads, process chains, and source system interfaces.

- Prior Finance AMS experience and ITSM tools (ServiceNow, JIRA).

- Basic scripting : BPC logic scripts, MDX, SQL; understanding of business rules (currency translation, allocations, consolidation).
