Job Title: Business Development Officer Sales (Automotive)
Location: Unit-6, Pune
Department: Sales & Marketing
Reports To: Sales Manager / Head Sales & Marketing
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Officer (BDO) to drive sales in the automotive segment, focusing on building and managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and meeting revenue targets. The role requires a strong understanding of the automotive components market and excellent customer engagement skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the automotive OEM and aftermarket segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive activity, and customer needs.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with customers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. - Coordinate with the internal teams (Production, Quality, Dispatch) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry networking events to promote products and brand visibility.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
