We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive experience in B2B product sales, particularly within global markets. The ideal candidate will be proficient in lead generation through various platforms including Apollo, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo,
Zoho,
and social media platforms. Responsibilities include running outbound campaigns, conducting product demos, and meeting monthly targets for qualified meetings and bookings. The successful candidate will collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns, stay updated on industry trends, and provide feedback to enhance product offerings. Strong communication and networking skills are essential, along with the ability to maintain CRM hygiene and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Job Role: IT Product Sales Executive

Job Location: Hyderabad Experience Required: 1-6 Years

Platforms Used- Lusha, Zoho, Apollo, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Social Media Platforms

Industry- IT Industry (Service based/ Product based)

Responsibilities:

 Utilize the Apollo/Lusha/LinkedIn Sales Navigator/ZoomInfo/Social Media Platforms platform to generate leads and identify suitable clients and projects aligned with our services, while collaborating with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and strategies for lead generation.

 Run Outbound campaigns (email, call LinkedIn) and generate meetings, while conducting product demos for prospects and converting them into paying customers.

 Have a monthly qualified meeting and bookings target, while keeping all customer interactions updated in our CRM and providing weekly updates on the progress against goals.

 Be assessed on the quality of your pipeline and CRM hygiene, and be compensated based on booking generated every month along with other kickers announced from time to time.

 Research and stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities, and build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and fostering opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

 Provide regular feedback to the product development team based on customer interactions and market insights, contributing to the enhancement of product offerings, and attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand professional networks and promote company visibility.

 Participate in training sessions and workshops to continuously enhance sales skills and stay abreast of best practices in B2B sales, and actively contribute to team meetings and discussions, sharing insights, challenges, and successes to foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Must-Have Skills:

 Experience in B2B product sales, demonstrating a strong understanding of sales processes and strategies.

 Proven track record of product sales in global markets, with specific experience in the different markets.

 Hands-on experience in conducting product demos, effectively showcasing product features and benefits to potential clients.

 Prior experience in managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and scoping to negotiation,

booking, and expansion.

Good to Have Skills:

 Familiarity with a range of lead generation platforms and tools, including Upwork, Zoho, Apollo,

Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and social media platforms.

 Ability to execute outbound campaigns efficiently, leveraging multiple communication channels to

generate meetings with potential clients.

 Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey product value

and engage with clients during product demos.

 Analytical skills to assess the quality of the sales pipeline and maintain CRM hygiene, ensuring
