About the Role:

Responsible for overall execution and management of transmission line or substation projects from initiation to commissioning, ensuring timely completion, quality, and cost control in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, monitor, and control all project activities — from site mobilization to handover.
  • Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams for smooth project execution.
  • Manage site resources, contractors, and workforce effectively.
  • Review project progress, schedules, and budgets; report to management periodically.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and statutory requirements.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and statutory bodies for project coordination.
  • Handle billing, documentation, and project closure formalities.

Requirements:

  • B.E./B.Tech (Electrical/Civil/Mechanical) preferred.
  • 8–12 years of experience in Transmission/Distribution line projects or similar EPC works.
  • Strong knowledge of tower erection, stringing, and site management.
  • Good communication and leadership skills.
  • Willingness to travel and manage multiple sites.

Pay: ₹65, ₹80,000.00 per month
