Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Merchandiser who can manage production end-to-end from sampling to final shipment. The candidate should be comfortable working from our Noida factory, coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and customers, and ensuring timely and quality delivery of orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete production cycle — from sampling, approvals, and order processing to final dispatch.
  • Handle initial sales coordination and understand basic customer requirements.
  • Prepare and update all relevant documents, production sheets, costing sheets, and order trackers.
  • Monitor daily production status at the factory and ensure timelines are met.
  • Coordinate with customers for updates, approvals, and requirement changes.
  • Conduct quality checks and ensure the final shipment meets standards before dispatch.
  • Work closely with the production team, vendors, and quality team to resolve issues.
  • Prepare costing, pricing, and negotiate where required.
  • Maintain inventory-related updates, order follow-ups, and documentation.
  • Support management with any additional merchandising or production-related tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in merchandising and production handling (garments/textiles/home furnishing).
  • Strong knowledge of production flow, costing, quality checkpoints, and documentation.
  • Ability to communicate confidently with customers and factory teams.
  • Good command of Excel / Google Sheets for updating data.
  • Strong follow-up skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, factory environment and manage multiple orders.

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of sampling, trims, fabrics, and basic quality standards.
  • Ability to handle customer queries and support initial sales conversations.
