Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Junior Buying and Merchandising position. The role involves supporting the buying and merchandising team by assisting with product selection, stock management, and supplier coordination. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing market trends, preparing sales reports, handling purchase orders, and maintaining inventory levels. The candidate will also be responsible for liaising with vendors, ensuring timely product delivery, and assisting with the presentation of merchandise in stores.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in market research and trend analysis
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience with inventory management and stock control
  • Knowledge of merchandising principles and practices
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, or related field is preferred
  • Experience in retail or fashion industry is a plus
